At Canary Wharf Analytics Ltd (operating through transcendent-ai.com), we are committed to delivering premium blog articles and high-quality online courses. As our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we have established the following refund policy:

 

1. Waiver of the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the immediate availability of our digital products, the standard 14-day cooling-off period is waived. Purchases are non-refundable unless specific conditions are met as outlined below.

 

2. Content Availability
​

  • Not all content, such as video content and educational articles, is available for download. Only specific content, such as code content, may be available for download via transcendent-ai.com or platforms like GitHub.

3. Online Courses

 

Refund Eligibility:

​

  • Partial Refunds:

    • For one-off purchases of online courses, partial refunds will be offered based on the percentage of course steps completed at the time the refund request is made, provided the request is made within 14 days of the purchase.

    • Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

 

Access and Completion Deadlines:

​

  • Access to purchased online courses can be retained indefinitely unless Transcendent AI is shut down by Canary Wharf Analytics Ltd.

  • To earn certificates of completion, students will be required to finish the courses within 90 days.

4. Subscriptions

 

Refund Eligibility:

​

  • Partial Refunds:

    • Subscriptions are eligible for partial refunds, which will be calculated based on the period elapsed from the start of the first billing cycle, provided the refund request is made within 14 days of the start of that billing cycle.

  • Full Cancellations:

    • Subscriptions canceled within 48 hours of purchase can be refunded for that billing period. Customers can manage their subscriptions by navigating to "My Subscriptions" in their Transcendent AI profile and canceling the unwanted subscription(s).

Annual Subscriptions:

 

Please note that a £10 one-time, non-refundable joining fee is required for annual subscriptions. If you cancel your current annual subscription and later decide to re-join, this £10 one-time, non-refundable joining fee will have to be paid again.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us at info@transcendent-ai.com with the following information:

 

  • Full Name

  • Transaction ID

  • Date of Purchase

  • Course or Subscription Details

  • Reason for Refund Request​

​

Refund requests will generally be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

6. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Canary Wharf Analytics Ltd reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and communicated to our customers as necessary.
